BioGenic EGCG-200

BioGenic EGCG-200 uses novel multi-stabilising microemulsion technology to solubilise EGCG, a powerful antioxidant that can provide anti-wrinkle and skin whitening effects. EGCG-200 is water soluble and the EGCG is stabilised using lipophilic and hydrophilic stabilisers.

Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) is the most effective catechin in green tea and acts as a powerful antioxidant. EGCG can provide anti-wrinkle and skin whitening effects, and can also increase the epidermal thickness of aged human skin. However, EGCG has poor solubility in water and it can discolour easily due to oxidation/decomposition. BioGenic EGCG-200 uses novel multi-stabilising microemulsion technology to solubilise EGCG. EGCG-200 is water soluble and the EGCG is stabilised using lipophilic and hydrophilic stabilisers.
