DOP75BSG

A dispersion of 75% Black Iron Oxide in a high gloss ester.

Kobo's pigmentary dispersions are widely used in colour cosmetics due to their multiple benefits over dry pigment powders. Dry pigments tend to aggregate in formulations which can affect the color strength, gloss and opacity. The colour intensity and opacity are usually highest when the aggregate particle size is closest to the primary particle size. The pigments in Kobo's pigmentary dispersions are surface treated to improve the ease of dispersion and stability. Kobo's pigmentary dispersions offer full colour development, improved gloss and ease of use.

DOP75BSG is a dispersion containing approximately 75% Black Iron Oxide, surface treated with Kobo's ASG (Stearoyl Glutamic Acid) treatment, and dispersed in an ester with high gloss, making it a great option for anhydrous gels, hot pours, and lip products.

Chemical Description: CI 77499 (Black Iron Oxide), Diisostearyl Malate, Octyldodecanol, Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate, Stearoyl Glutamic Acid
