Red algae have purifying antibacterial and antifungal properties and can stimulate the skin hydration process.
The walls of Asparagopsis contain polysaccharides, sulphated galactans, agaroid compounds and various carrageenan groups with film forming properties that can minimize absorption of environmental pollutants.

Glycerolat - Steam distillation or other aqueous extraction that gives a water soluble extract. Stabilised with vegetable glycerin.
