KF-96L-1.5cs is a linear, volatile silicone fluid with a viscosity of 1.5 mm2/s (at 25 °C), specific gravity 0.852 (at 25 °C), refractive index 1.387 (at 25 °C), boiling point 194 °C and flash point 64 °C.

KF-96L-2cs is a linear, volatile silicone fluid with a viscosity of 2.0 mm2/s (at 25 °C), specific gravity 0.873 (at 25 °C), refractive index 1.391 (at 25 °C), boiling point 229 °C and flash point 88 °C.
